Ginger Rendon

LTW's CEO, is a veteran in the legal work flow automation field. Prior to forming Legal Toolware in 2005, she worked for eight years as Manager of Applications and Training as well as a Practice Manager at the intellectual property firm of Fish & Richardson P.C. In 1999, she was the Project Manager for the firm's migration from WordPerfect, Novell, cc-Mail, Lotus Notes to ProLaw/Microsoft Office/MS Netware which began with 350 users in nine replicating sites and today spans 13 office and more than 1300 users.  Data conversions for more than 150,000 matters and employee and matter information came from 26 databases. Prior to working with Fish, her consulting firm implemented network systems (topology, hardware, software and training) for more than 30 New Jersey firms using Software Technology, Inc.'s Case Master III® and and TABS3® for their Front and Back Office platforms. Her modular form design, developed initially while working for numerous Los Angeles firms, has evolved today as the backbone for LTW's PracticeWare.
